EasyLab is a comprehensive lab reporting IVR system. It automates the lab results delivery process and streamlines the patient communication resulting in increased patient satisfaction, increased revenue and decrease in human errors and other overheads.
The system is capable of communicating the lab results to the patients by answering incoming phone calls or making outbound calls. Besides providing the lab results, the system can inform the abnormal patterns in results, if any and also announce the comments from the doctor, if any. The system is highly secure mandating the user to enter the secure PIN number to access the lab results.
The system is already with popular Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems like Epic and Cerner to produce seamless connectivity between the modules. Custom integration with other EMR solutions is also supported. Furthermore, The system also integrates well with other 800PBX’s products to bring maximum mileage and benefit the clinics and providers.
