Appointment Reminder File Formats

800PBX appointment reminder system can integrate directly with your EMR or industry recognized calendars such as Microsoft Exchange, Lotus Notes or Google Calendar.

However, if your clinic is using a proprietary system, you can upload the patient records manually for appointment confirmation in the following formats. Following fields are compulsory.

Required Fields

• Patient name (first and last name)
• Phone number of the patient
• Date of appointment
• Time of appointment
• Custom Text (this will be played after the greeting)

File Specifications

• TXT: A text file (txt) generated from EMR print option
• CSV: File with Comma separated values containing all the required fields
• HTML: A html file with all the required fields in a tabular format
