
Getting started with 800 PBX’s appointment reminder system is quick and made simple in four easy steps.
Upload your patient file (text, csv, xls) or use your calendar (Exchange, Google Calendar) solution.
Specify the duration (One day before, one hour before) and upload your script.
Let our automated system make reminder calls (phone reminder calls, text messages).
The system will also accept incoming calls.
Have phone results emailed to you or access them online.
Simply upload the file with patient details such as phone number, name and the date of appointment. Unlike other <link to comparison> systems, uploading the records every morning is not required. The system will recognize the appointment date in each record and schedule the calls automatically.
If you are using a standard system such as Microsoft Exchange <link to Microsoft exchange> or Google Calendar <link to google calendar>, 800PBX’s appointment reminder services are automatically integrated with your system. 800PBX will automatically download all the patient records at the stipulated intervals and call the patients according to your needs.

Specify the rule (one time setup) when the patient has to be called. Patients can be called one day, two days and/or one hour before the appointment.
You can upload your own recording or have one of our voice artists record your script free of cost for you. The system will deliver a customized and personal message with their first name and the date.
800PBX’s patient reminder services will remind your patients of their appointments using the uploaded script. A text message is also dispatched automatically.
The system will retry up to 8 times each day if the call is received by an automated voicemail. Unlike other systems, patients can also call up your office and our automated phone confirmation system can confirm their appointments based on the caller ID.
All cancelled appointments are immediately notified through email so that the slot can be scheduled to someone else. If you using advanced calendaring systems such as Microsoft Exchange or Google Calendar, the slot is immediately marked open with a note attached of your previous appointment
