All generic scripts are done free of cost. 800PBX’s reminder system will use the latest text to speech technologies to personalize (first name, date) where required.

You can also include a customized message such as to bring your insurance card, get previous records (for first time patient) or directions to your office if it has changed, business hours or instructions to be followed before the appointment etc.

Hello. You have a call from Dr. Roy’s office – the leading dermatologist in Chicago. Your appointment is scheduled on January 15th, 2008 at 9.30 in the morning with Dr. Roy.
