Callers on your 800 PBX number can be transferred to any number in the Continental United States…including your cell, home, office or a phone at a travel destination.
You can direct your callers to your operator extension if they remain idle without responding to the auto attendant.
The auto attendant will play the welcome greeting twice to prompt the user before forwarding the call to the operator extension. Simply select the extension where all the calls need to be transferred from the drop-down options.
