We have seen few press releases on 800PBX claiming that our system was down on Dec 3rd (Wednesday) and affected many phone systems cutting out thousands of small businesses. This is just a hoax. Our system was actually recharged on 3rd for our free service, Santa Calls, which allowed many parents to register for a free phone call from Santa for their kids. Many recordings are available even on that day.
800PBX would like to confirm that there were no outages and the facts in the PR are just baseless. We are making an attempt to get them removed.
