800 PBX provides fully managed services. However, many small business owners prefer to control their extensions themselves once they are familiar with the control panel.
For the last four months, our control panel got refined basing on the recommendations and reviews on other sites. The new control panel features rich Web 2.0 (Google’ish) components. Fast in action and easy UI like drag and drop features, the panel allows customers to configure their extensions, send faxes, listen to greetings online, configure extensions based on timings etc.
Creating an extension is now a snap and can be done in one single step. Simply add new extension, add follow-me, announcement and voicemail. Simply drag and drop nodes according to your requirement.
