We are excited to inform that we are working on a new feature that lets users visually check the details of call logs (cumulative for an year and per month). The graphs pictorially represent the number of calls received and minutes spent on the calls. Furthermore, the graphs also give an idea about the % of calls that were answered, directed to voice mail, unanswered etc.
We hope that our users will benefit tremendously from this feature as they can visually analyze the calls they receive and how they are handled.
We will release this feature shortly. Check out this space for an update.

We are glad to announce the new “International call forwarding” feature which lets users direct the incoming phone calls to international destinations. For now, we are supporting limited phone numbers in United Kingdom, Austria, France, Italy, Netherlands, Germany and China. We will add more countries as we go.
This feature will be accessible from “Follow me” and “Call Hunt” rules where the customer can specify the phone number from one of these countries to where the calls needs to be forwarded. Furthermore, the user can also schedule the timings on when this call forwarding should happen.
