Free dedicated number
800PBX number provides a dedicated number of your choice, free of cost.
Once the request is placed, it typically takes 5-10 business days for the activation process of the new local number. The support team will notify you by an email when the ordered number is activated to your account.
You can then use this dedicated number for fax or voice. Selecting voice option, the local number would be similar to your toll-free number in receiving incoming calls. With Fax option selected, the number can be used as a dedicated fax number.
Advantages: The local number will help you advertise and build brand image in your local market.

I see on # (897-455-2141) and it says “active.” What’s that?

Mareka, once your local number is active - you can use it for voice or fax.
Click the number you are assigned to toggle between these options.
