Fax on demand
Imagine your customers asking for a brochure, datasheet, or your product pricing sheet while you are on road. With 800PBX, you can simply ask your clients to call your toll-free number and follow the automated prompts. Within a few minutes, the sytem will automatically fax back the requested documents to the fax back number they indicated.
Setting up fax on demand feature is simple. Upload the document in the pdf format which needs to be faxed back.
Tip: Remember you should announce this extension in your welcome greeting so that your customers know how to make use of this feature.

Franklin: I am glad to hear that you like our services.
We request for billing information for two reasons.
a) To prevent repeat signups. We had to prevent customers trying to signup for the same number as soon as trial ended.
b) To automate the process: Customer are now conveniently charged after 14 days with an option to stop this action from the panel.
