Know your caller’s location before accepting the call !
It is a common sales practice to know your customer before you call them. Similarly, its often very important to know where the customer is calling from. Depending upon the location of the caller, the call can then be forwarded to the right representative.
800PBX will automatically lookup the location and state from the caller-id. This information is then forwarded as caller’s name to your local number designated in the follow-me or call hunt.
