CRMbyPhone – Phone enable your CRM (Salesforce)
Introduction:
CRMbyPhone is a comprehensive suite of speech-driven IVR applications from 800 PBX which voice-enable your Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution.
The hosted service integrates your business telephony with the CRM of your choice to boost sales and streamline the sales cycle. Salesforce is supported at this time. Since the service is over the IVR, no special application is required to be installed over the phone or servers. Internet connection (data) on mobile phone is also not required.
CRMbyPhone will work with all editions of Salesforce – developer to enterprise. Please note that the call-center edition of Salesforce is not required for any functionality including screen-pops. It works with all browsers.
