
CRMTranscribe is a transcription service of voicemails and optionally, phone calls. Voicemails are automatically associated to the contact and phone calls transcription is the fastest and the easiest way to track the activity of each sales call.
The calls recorded by using CRMRecord and AccessbyPhone can be optionally selected for transcription. Listening to the complete sales call is time consuming and with CRMTranscribe, managers no longer have to listen to each call records.
The call volume from multiple sales agents result in hundreds of sales calls. Selective transcription of calls can enhance the productivity of the manager and the colleagues who now have the entire information on the account. It becomes much easier to browse through the text rather than listening to hours of call records.
All the call records are available in the activity section of salesforce.com account as hyperlinks to the actual call record audio file. Each call record has a “Transcribe” link next to it to facilitate the request for transcription of the selected call record. After the transcription process is finished, the text will be available in the notes section next to the actual call record. An email is sent when the transcribed text is ready to view in salesforce.com account.
Optionally, all the call records can be enabled for transcription by default. This will save the time for managers as it eliminates the manual process of filtering some calls for transcription. We recommend enabling the transcription for all call records as it saves time and streamlines the business process. It will also enable the call records to be searched like text.
