Audio Conferencing

With 800PBX account, you can invite your clients, colleagues or friends for a live audio conference. The calendar (outlook/pda/lotus notes) of the participants is automatically updated with the conference information such as host name, number, purpose, duration, toll-free number and audio-conference extension.

Audio conferencing is available from small business (and higher) plan.

You can receive fax using one of the local numbers or extensions we provide. The incoming fax along with details such as caller id, cover letter etc. will be sent to you through email in pdf or tiff format.

If you would like to receive input from your customers, 800PBX's advanced Poll functionality will address your needs. The system will call, play back your desired message and finally gathers the user's response. The results are easily available in the panel for call statistics.
