Automated Scheduling
800 PBX can synchronize your phone appointments with your calendar (Google or Exchange) automatically.
The caller is first allowed to choose the type of the appointment to determine the duration of the appointment. For eg: a consultation is for 15 mins, the appointment may be for 30 mins.
Next, the caller is allowed to choose a date (tomorrow, day after, weekday or a specific date) and day/afternoon slot. The system presents a list of all timings based on the available time slots in the calendar and appointment type (duration).
The caller upon selecting a time is then confirmed with the appointment type and date/time. The calendar is automatically updated to reflect the callerid and the appointment type.
Call reminders can also be integrated automatically with the scheduling. -

Simply upload questions in wav format or provide text for TTS conversion.
Choose the type of question (yes/no, rating from 1-5, date, credit card number, city, state or a number).
System will then prompt the caller with the custom questionnaires and email the results to the designated recipient. -
