800PBX has been an incredible help to our humble company. With our transcription engineers spread all over Texas, New Jersey, and Connecticut, we found it difficult to manage. All the files were ftp’ed on a daily basis and the transcriptionists uploaded their text. Distributing, following up with the transcription engineer and sending the doc file took most of our time. With 800PBX, everything is being coordinated well. The doctor now records the procedure and the file is immediately uploaded to 800PBX’s easyTrans panel. The transcriptionist gets an email once a file is available. He then translates and uploads the text. The file is now available for the doctors.
Trust me, with 800PBX, our distribution time went down to 0. Amazing service till now.

We thought we’ll never find that perfect PBX solution.
